Privacy

AnyParcel is designed to be simple, fast, and privacy-conscious. We do not require an account, and we don’t want any more information than is strictly needed to look up your parcel.

Tracking numbers

When you submit a tracking number, we send it to a tracking provider so we can fetch the latest delivery status. We do not store tracking numbers in a long-term database.

Postcodes and ZIP codes

Some couriers (for example Royal Mail) require a destination postcode to release full tracking details. If we ask for one, we use it only for that single lookup and do not log it server-side.

Cookies and analytics

AnyParcel does not set tracking cookies. Basic, anonymised server logs may be kept for security and abuse prevention.
